Service Manager – Lead a High-Impact Operations Team in a Growing Fire Safety Company

Advanced Fire is seeking a driven, organised, and results-focused Service Manager to oversee our field engineers and ensure every service is delivered efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards.
In this fast-paced, high-impact role, you will plan and coordinate daily operations, manage service contracts, liaise with clients and suppliers, track KPIs, and ensure operational and financial targets are achieved. You’ll lead, mentor, and motivate a field-based team, balancing technical operations with customer care and commercial awareness.
We’re looking for someone proactive, confident, and solutions-focused, with strong organisational and leadership skills, IT literacy, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Previous experience in service or operations management is a plus, but drive and potential matter most.
