Join a fast-growing international business operating within the luxury goods sector, specialising in high-value handbags, watches, jewellery, and premium accessories.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious B2B sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building long-term client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle across multiple European markets. You'll play a key role in expanding an established wholesale network while working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and performance-driven environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Business Development- Identify and win new wholesale customers across Europe, including retailers, e-commerce businesses, resellers, and industry partners.
- Drive outbound sales activity through phone, email, LinkedIn, and CRM-based prospecting.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to negotiation and closing.
- Present tailored solutions and inventory opportunities to prospective clients.
- Build and develop long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Maximise repeat business, account growth, and client retention.
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor by understanding client needs and market trends.
- Manage a structured sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve and exceed revenue, new business, and activity targets.
- Forecast sales performance and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new market opportunities and industry trends.
- Attend industry events and client meetings across Europe when required.
- Contribute ideas to support continued business growth and expansion.
What We're Looking For
Experience- 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, account management, or wholesale sales experience.
- Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing international clients or multiple markets is highly desirable.
- Background in luxury goods, fashion, retail, wholesale, resale, premium products, or similar sectors would be advantageous.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Excellent relationship-building and account management skills.
- Highly organised with strong pipeline management capabilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Additional European languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Arabic, or Mandarin would be a significant advantage.
