Life and Pensions Administrator

Part Time for 20 hours per week

The Role:

  • Provide top-tier administrative support to the Pensions Consultants
  • Update and manage client records with accuracy
  • Process new pension applications and liaise with life companies
  • Communicate with clients via phone & email, keeping them updated
  • Prepare client meeting documentation and assist in transaction processes

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in administration of life and pensions
  • Strong organisational & multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • QFA qualification required
