Implementation project manager

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be commercially minded, sales savvy and enjoy working with clients. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires a project manager with exceptional stakeholder management experience.

Accountabilities and Duties:

• Managing the transition of multiple software upgrades.
• Manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
• Deliver new requirements to clients.
• Consult with clients on best practices and process improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day tasks of the development team.
• Run scrum ceremonies.
• Cultivate strong business relationships with multiple clients and could troubleshoot and think outside the box.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions to clients.
• Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to align solutions with product capabilities.
• Gather detailed requirements and conduct multiple demonstrations of the application.
• Provide input on product enhancements based on client feedback.
• Work with stakeholders and the team to investigate operational issues, problems, and opportunities.
• Identify appropriate, effective, and efficient solutions through improvements in product and process.
• Define the scope, priorities, and benefits with stakeholders.
• Document business requirements.
• Define user acceptance tests.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders.
• Business acumen.
• Commercially savvy with a genuine interest in business.
• Proficient with a variety of business analysis techniques, tools, and standards.
• Strong understanding of business structure and key business principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships.
• Previous Implementation Project Management experience.
