The Assistant Account Manager is essentially a key assistant to the Account Managers and provides specialist strategic and implementation knowledge of digital and social media-related fundraising campaigns for charities. S/he must have agency-side experience.

YOUR KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The key duties involve four broad areas:A. DAY TO DAY PROJECT MANAGEMENT
B. SPECIALIST DIGITAL/SOCIAL MEDIA FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS
C. PRODUCTION, TECHNICAL AND QUALITY CONTROL
D. WORKING ENVIRONMENT, TEAM WORK, LEARNING
- Supporting Account Managers on all projects and campaigns.
- Take a lead role – along with our Client Managers – on devising digital and social media fundraising strategies on Individual Giving campaigns.
- Assist client managers with multi-channel campaigns, digital/email/social media marketing, content creation, and sales.
- Provide expert client-facing services during the implementation and data-linked evaluations of digital IG fundraising campaigns.
- Analysing fundraising trends and applying market research insights to enhance campaign performance.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week with some out-of-work hours required on an occasional basis.

IS THIS YOU?- At least 2 years’ successful agency-side experience in strategic project development, planning and management.
- A history of successfully servicing charity client needs.
- A proven track and passion for the work.
- Excellent strategic and management skills.
- Ability to take direction, work on your own initiative, in teams, and to deadlines.
- Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
- A relevant third level qualification.
- Fluent English.
