The successful candidate will liaise with clients from industrial and pharmaceutical sectors, offering expert guidance and consultation on highly technical products. The role requires a strong mechanical understanding of the products and the ability to communicate technical details clearly to clients.

The Role:

• Providing expert technical support and tailored solutions to our diverse customer base.
• Developing a deep understanding of our product portfolio through our structured Training & Development Program.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers and supply chain partners.
• Identifying customer needs and presenting effective, commercially viable solutions.
• Supporting the sales process from initial contact through to after-sales care.

Required:

• Experience in a technical sales role or a relevant qualification in Mechanical, Process, Instrumentation, Electrical, or related disciplines.
• Background in a hands-on or technical role within industry sectors is beneficial, but not essential.
• Commercial awareness and a strong aptitude for both technical and customer-facing aspects of the role.
• Excellent communication skills - confident in presentations, report writing, and verbal interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow within a fast-paced, customer-focused business.
