Maintenance Technician

• Deliver a high-quality, safe, and efficient maintenance service to site operations
• Manage and support maintenance contracts associated with the distribution centre
• Carry out electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
• Perform electro-mechanical repairs on high-speed, PLC-controlled plant and equipment
• Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic control systems
• Provide technical support for site facilities and services, including:
• Refrigeration systems
• Compressed air systems
• Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) routines
• Update and maintain accurate records on the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS):
• Log work completed
• Record equipment updates and store transactions
• Complete planned work in line with daily schedules and shift requirements
• Support environmental, quality, health, and safety initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities

• Relevant trade qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive)
• Minimum of 3 years' post-apprenticeship experience in a similar role
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing, logistics, or storage environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background
• Proven fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience with planned preventative maintenance systems
• High level of awareness of Quality, Health & Safety standards
• Flexibility to work shift rotations and travel as required
