Business Development Manager – Retail (West Region)
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong retail background to drive growth and support a dealer and licensee network across the Western Region. Reporting to the Sales Manager – Dealers, you will develop sales strategies, strengthen existing retail partnerships, and build new ones to maximise opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage retail accounts, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Identify and secure new retail partnerships within the region.
- Support customers with product offerings and business needs.
- Represent the business at meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipelines and track progress.
- Work towards targets on sales, margin, and operational standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven retail sales background with strong account management experience.
- Skilled in customer service, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Commercially minded with the ability to deliver against KPIs.
- Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders.
- Flexible, proactive, and comfortable with regular travel (full driving licence required).
