Service Operations Support
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Ballymount, Dublin 12
Salary: €30,000 - 32,000 per annum, paid monthly

The Service Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative, compliance, and operation support to the wider Operations function.
This position ensures that key operational data, documentation, and service information are maintained to the highest standard to support safe, compliant, and effective service delivery.
What this role involves:
- Manage the Service Operations mailbox and respond to queries within SLAs.
- Support internal teams, contractors, and customers with documentation and service‑related queries.
- Maintain accurate records for RAMs, insurance documents, service agreements, and compliance files.
- Track expiry dates and proactively follow up for updated RAMs, insurance certificates, and contractor documentation.
- Keep customer portals, logs, and internal systems up to date with the correct information.
- Assist with audits, safety reviews, and the preparation of required documentation.
- Process work orders and third‑party invoices to support accurate billing.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administration, compliance, and documentation processes.
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, operations support, compliance or coordination role.
- Experience in service, utilities or field operations is preferable
- Strong administration skills, with experience maintaining organized records, logs or documentation
- Good understanding of basic compliance or safety documentation (e.g., certificates, permits, RAMs or audit files)
- Proficient using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and SharePoint.
- High organization skills with strong follow-through and accountability
