Account Manager – Perm
Salary: 35K+ DOEHours: 9am – 5pm (Mon – Fri)
Annual Leave: 20 Days
Location: West Pier Business Campus, Block 2 Old Dunleary Rd, Dún Laoghaire
****HYBRID 2 Office (Tues & Wed) 3 WFH (Wed, Thurs, Fri)****Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Account Director you will: Focus on the delivery of the annual sales and margin targets for your dedicated client portfolio.
Effectively manage and deal with all types of enquiries. This will involve identifying clients’ needs and providing a professional and efficient service with tight deadlines and fast turn arounds.Produce quotes and costings for clients and Account Directors as required.
Have good product awareness and knowledge and an ability to work with approved suppliers to source great product at the best value.
Assist with identifying new Customers.
Proactively identify merchandise opportunities (upsell) within accounts.
Know when to escalate issues to Account Director and do so in a timely manner.
Oversee and mentor Account Administrators.
Be highly creative and able to develop bespoke product from concept through to production.
Ensure all product developments are in line with customer expectations in terms of sustainability, brand guidelines, target market execution and client marketing strategy, whilst meeting the commercial requirements of Mace.
Produce reports as required by clients and Account Directors.
Have the ability to communicate with different functional areas, for example warehouse, courier companies, designer, website, suppliers.
Adhere to all company ISO policies.
Key requirements
You will have:- 3+ years’ experience working in fast-paced office environment.
Proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships, working with key stakeholders at both junior and senior levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).Examples of where you have delivered high value and volume projects within specified timelines.
Excellent organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent administration & interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and hands on mentality.
Excellent IT Skills, in particular good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
German speaker would be an advantage.
