Role Overview:M & C Health Care Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst optimising business processes, enhancing project outcomes, and ensuring strong alignment between business and technical teams. The successful candidate will analyse data, document business requirements, and propose improvements that contribute to organisational efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:Analyze business processes across procurement, inventory, logistics, sales, and distribution operations within the wholesale food chain.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders including warehouse teams, procurement managers, finance, and sales departments.
Monitor stock levels, product movement, and supply chain performance to identify operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to inventory turnover, order fulfillment, waste reduction, and supplier performance.
Collaborate with IT and system vendors to improve ERP, inventory management, and reporting systems.
Support forecasting and demand planning by analyzing sales trends and seasonal purchasing patterns.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational performance.
Assist in budgeting, pricing analysis, and profitability assessments for products and business units.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain consistent reporting standards across departments.
Support business transformation projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare presentations and business reports for senior management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and company operational standards.
Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within wholesale, retail, food distribution, or supply chain industries.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and supply chain operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Understanding of food industry regulations and operational standards is an advantage.
Project management knowledge or certification is a plus.
