We are seeking to recruit an Operations Shift Lead to join our team in Donegal, where innovation and collaboration drive everything we do.

Roles & Responsibilities;- Lead a team of skilled operators and process leaders to meet daily and annual production goals.
- Solve problems related to equipment and plant operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Drive improvements in productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and refine SOPs and work instructions to meet regulatory standards.
- Promote safety and environmental sustainability in all practices.
- Conduct performance assessments and development plans for your team.
- Report and document manufacturing exceptions and quality issues.
- A third-level qualification in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, Business, or a relevant trade certification.
- 4+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of delivering results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead strategic improvement initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you know how to motivate teams and build trust.
