As the first voice our future clients hear, you’ll play a vital role in our success—laying the groundwork for strong customer relationships and new business opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with experienced Account Executives to build and execute impactful prospecting strategies
• Identify high-potential companies that can benefit from our solutions
• Craft, test, and refine outreach messaging across various industries, channels, and buyer personas
• Become an expert in identifying and qualifying leads that align with our ideal customer profile

• Fluency in German and English
• 1+ year of experience in a BDR/SDR role (inbound or outbound)
• A motivated self-starter with a passion for exceeding goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Curious, coachable, and eager to grow your career in SaaS sales

• €67,000 OTE in your first year (Base salary: €43,500)
• Hybrid work model – 2 days/week remote
