We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie professional to join our kitchen team. This role focuses on high-quality burger production in a fast-paced and multi-outlet environment.
Key RequirementsMinimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards (essential)
Experience in high-volume food production preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and cooking of high-quality burgers, sides, sauces, and related menu items
Assisting in the development and execution of menu items
Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Supervising junior kitchen staff when required
Ensuring full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Supporting kitchen operations in a fast-paced production setting
Salary & Working HoursAnnual salary: €37,000 – €39,000 (depending on experience)
39 hours per week
Contract: 2 years / full-time
