We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of sightseeing tour services and visitor centre activities.This role is responsible for coordinating tour operations, managing booking systems, supporting operational planning, and ensuring efficient service delivery across multiple operational teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, optimising tour capacity, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute daily sightseeing tour operations and operational planning activities
- Manage reservations, bookings, and ticket allocation using the Ventrata platform
- Monitor booking activity and visitor demand to support scheduling and capacity management
- Ensure optimal allocation of tour capacity based on booking trends and operational requirements
- Oversee the delivery of tour services to ensure adherence to schedules and operational standards
- Manage booking amendments, service disruptions, and operational issues
- Maintain accurate operational records, booking data, and daily sales reporting
Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
Requirements- Relevant experience in tourism operations, customer service, or operational coordination
- Experience working with booking or reservation systems (Ventrata experience is an advantage)
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Experience in a tourism, travel, or hospitality environment is desirable
-Fluency in Portuguese is required to support communication with Portuguese-speaking customers and ensure effective service delivery
