• Identify and research high-potential companies to target for outreach
• Collaborate closely with experienced SMB Account Executives to design and execute effective prospecting strategies that drive pipeline growth
• Craft, test, and refine messaging across various channels, industries, and buyer personas
• Share insights, learnings, and best practices to enhance outbound processes and support overall team success

• 6–12 months of professional experience, ideally in an inbound or outbound BDR role within the marketing technology space
• A strong drive for continuous improvement and commitment to high standards
• Motivated by exceeding targets and achieving ambitious goals
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability is key
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in German or Polish (written and spoken) and English
