Field Marketing Manager – EMEA
Overview- Our client is a rapidly scaling global technology company seeking an ambitious Field Marketing Manager to support growth across key EMEA markets. This role will focus on driving regional demand generation, strengthening brand presence, and building engagement with customers, partners, and industry communities across multiple international territories.
- Working closely with commercial and marketing teams, you will develop and execute campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives that contribute directly to business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys operating across diverse markets and taking ownership of high-impact programmes.
- Deliver regional marketing programmes designed to increase market awareness and support revenue growth.
- Plan and execute a mix of field events, customer engagement initiatives, webinars, and partner activities across EMEA.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives.
- Develop and manage regional campaigns tailored to local market opportunities and customer needs.
- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships that expand market reach and brand visibility.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, agencies, suppliers, and event logistics.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Support wider go-to-market strategies as the business continues its international expansion.
- 4-6+ years' experience in field marketing essential.
- Experience working within SaaS, technology, software, or high-growth digital businesses essential.
- 2-3 Years experience within EMEA essential.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to execute both virtual and in-person marketing initiatives.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of pipeline generation and marketing performance metrics.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple programmes simultaneously across different regions.
- Data-driven approach with experience using insights to optimise campaign performance.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Must live in Ireland for this role.
- €70,000 – €75,000 base salary
