CPL are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join a global technology organisation that is transforming the way professional services firms operate. With a strong presence across the UK and Ireland and ambitious growth plans, the business is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and demand generation across the region.

• Develop and execute regional field marketing and customer engagement programmes.
• Plan and deliver in-person events, webinars, conferences and industry activations.
• Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and pipeline growth.
• Support customer retention and advocacy through targeted engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, partners and key stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams to maximise campaign effectiveness.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and performance metrics.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign and event ROI, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to support marketing activities.

• 4+ years' experience in Field Marketing, Events Marketing, Demand Generation or a similar B2B marketing role.
• Experience planning and running webinars, customer events and regional marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Commercially focused with the ability to measure performance and optimise results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing platforms is highly desirable.
