Care Support Worker | Intellectual Disability Services | Dublin
Salary: €38,000 – €52,000 (DOE)Hours: Full-time
Contract: Fixed-term with potential for permanency
Practical Support That Builds Confidence and Independence
This role is suited to Care Support Workers who want to provide consistent, person-centred support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a structured Dublin-based service.

This is hands-on support work where practical care, teamwork and consistency help individuals build confidence and maintain positive daily routines.
What You’ll DoSupport individuals with daily routines, activities and personal development
Encourage independence and participation in everyday life
Assist with community engagement and social interaction
Provide practical, consistent support within a structured care setting
Promote dignity, respect and individual choice
Work within HIQA standards, safeguarding policies and care plans
Collaborate with Social Care Workers and multidisciplinary teams
What You’ll NeedRelevant qualification in Social Care, Healthcare Support or related discipline preferred
Experience in care, support or healthcare environments
Practical, reliable and people-focused approach
Strong understanding of safeguarding and professional care standards
Manual Handling & First Aid (in date or willingness to update)
