The role of the Area Sales Manager - LED Lighting for Electrical Wholesale will involve:
- Field sales role, promoting a manufactured range of LED lighting
- Predominantly selling into through Electrical Wholesale
- Small amount of time stimulating demand with electrical contractors, lighting engineers and M&E contractors
- Developing new business within know electrical wholesalers as well as on-boarding new electrical wholesalers accounts
- Mix of account development and new business development
- Covering the South of Ireland
- Managing customers via telephone, teams and regular face to face meetings
- Creating a tailored improvement plan for each electrical wholesaler
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - LED Lighting for Electrical Wholesale with:
- A proven track record in developing new business within electrical wholesalers
- Prior lighting or LED lighting sales experience is not essential
- Ideally with some electrical contractor demand creation experience/ stimulating demand
- Strong technical skills
- IT proficient
- Strong commercial awareness
- Confident, customer focussed and self motivated
- Enthusiastic, team player with strong communication skills
