Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
PND are looking for an Administrator to support their organisation in Cork. The tasks are as follows:-Managing and updating the Facebook , Twitter and Instagram accounts for PND
Managing PND email account
Liaising on a regular basis with the PND Manager
Answering the telephone and forwarding messages
Meet & greet clients to the PND office
Supporting the PND manager on all requests
Be ready and knowledgeable to answer queries efficiently
To maintain and use office equipment efficiently and effectively
Be accurate and efficient
Use of discretion and confidentiality at all times
Be motivated to attend training provided by either PND or Southside Training & Development Ltd., 19.5 hours per week.
