We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Care Supervisor to oversee and support the delivery of high-quality care services in County Longford.

• Lead, mentor, and support care staff from induction through ongoing service delivery
• Prepare, implement, and review personalised care plans
• Monitor daily care services to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with recruitment to build and maintain a strong care team
• Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports to management

• Full driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
• QQI Level 5 in Care (or equivalent) and willingness to progress to Level 6
• Previous experience in a care environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic IT proficiency for record-keeping and reporting
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is essential
• Previous experience working in Homecare is ideal
