Sales Operations Coordinator New
Our client is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is a critical player in the success of a modern go-to-market (GTM) organisation. It sits in-between of Sales, Marketing and the business with the goal of unifying processes, systems, data and sales activities and programmes to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will support a wide range of initiatives, spanning day-to-day process management, systems administration, performance analytics, and sales enablement coordination. You’ll act as a connection across teams, ensuring seamless operations and accurate insights that empower leadership to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track sales enablement programs, ensuring alignment across multiple sales teams and measuring impact on revenue outcomes.
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, process documentation, and workflow guides to support consistent sales execution.
- Provide insights and reporting on the effectiveness of sales campaigns, tools, and training initiatives.
- Ensure CRM and enablement tools are fully integrated, optimised, and adopted by the sales organisation.
- Partner with sales leaders to prepare and deliver regular business reviews, highlighting enablement impact and ROI.
- Manage cross-functional projects that enhance sales processes, systems, and team productivity.
- Capture best practices, lessons learned, and enablement success stories to continuously improve programs.
- Build and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide sales leaders with real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and performance against targets.
- Analyse funnel and pipeline trends to identify sales enablement opportunities and recommend improvements.
- 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related role
- Proactive mind set that is focused on driving action
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing/sales tools
- Ideally experience in analytics tools such as PowerBi, Excel, CRM but if not must have a data mindset and be willing to learn
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
