We are proud to partner with our client to hire an experienced Management Accountant to join their Finance team on a fixed term contract in Dublin 12. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will support financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and business partnering across key divisions.

Salary 55k
Key Responsibilities- Prepare management accounts, budgets, and forecasts for Company Overheads and the Mobility division
- Complete monthly sales and margin reconciliations and analysis
- Prepare and submit bi-monthly VAT returns
- Manage internal fleet car pricing, accounting, analysis, and reporting
- Complete monthly and periodic dealer payments, reconciliations, analysis, and reporting
- Review marketing costings, sponsorship agreements, and associated reporting
- Support the annual audit process and ensure smooth execution
- Prepare and complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with annual insurance renewal data submissions
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc finance projects and tasks
- Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CPA, ACA, or CIMA)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced MS Excel and financial systems experience
- Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach
