Job Responsibilities: Oversee and ensure compliance with site safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.
Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor work progress and quality of workmanship.Act as a liaison between the contractor, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
Review project plans and specifications to ensure that all construction activities align with regulatory standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily reports and photographic evidence of construction progress.
Identify potential issues and risks during construction and recommend solutions to mitigate problems.
Assist in managing project budgets and monitor the financial performance of construction activities.
Participate in site meetings and contribute to discussions on project status and next steps.
Essential Qualifications: Possess a relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Desired Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Experience overseeing large-scale construction projects, particularly in healthcare settings.Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with current construction management software and tools.
