Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
You will be part of a team and will be based in Mountbellew Regional Co-op. Duties will include and are not limited to, dealing with all incoming and outgoing correspondence, photocopying, printing and filing. Scheduling meetings and managing calendars.Using computer software ie. Microsoft suite. Also assisting with bookeeping, invoices etc. General office duties would also be required. The office is open to the general public and as such you will be a point of contact. Attendance at meetings and training would be necessary and on site training will be provided.
