HR Business Partner - Contract New

Our multinational Technology client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for an experienced HR Business Partner for a contract up to the end of July 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for responsible for supporting business leaders for a wide range of HR topics across EMEA & LATAM.
You will be responsible for implementation of HR strategy aligned with business priorities, providing business partnership support. Hybrid working on offer of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED- Provide consultation and coaching to managers and leaders
- Partner with centres of excellence to resolve problems
- Lead the change management processes
- Coaching and implementation of management development programs
- Analyse data, trends, and develop solutions
- Partner with HR business partners and centres of excellence
- Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- HR-related Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years HRBP experience or relevant experience
- Experience with organisational development and change management, highly desirable
- Experience working in a global company across different geographies, highly desirable
- Experience with HRIS (Workday) and ticketing system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
