About the Role:This is a permanent HR Business Partner position supporting the business unit with strategic and operational HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership on people strategies
- Manage full employee lifecycle
- Coach managers on performance & probation
- Lead talent and succession planning
- Oversee HR metrics and pay reviews
- Handle disciplinary matters
- Support HR process improvements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Resilient, confident, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience with HR systems such as Advanced HR or similar platforms.
- Relevant third-level qualification in HRM, Business, or related field.
- CIPD membership is advantageous but not essential.
