Receptionist
Cork City | Full-Time | €32,000 per annum
Are you a friendly, professional front-of-house expert who enjoys creating great first impressions? My client is currently on the hunt for an experienced Receptionist to join a modern corporate office environment based in Cork City.
This role will suit someone with previous reception experience in either hospitality or an office environment, who is well-presented, approachable and comfortable working in a professional setting.
The Role
As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming visitors and managing front desk operations
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and visitor access
- Providing general administrative and office support
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
- Assisting with facilities-related tasks (experience here is a distinct advantage but not essential)
- Monday to Friday
- Hours vary with rotating shifts eg.
- 4:00pm, 8:00am
- 5:00pm, 10:00am
- 7:00pm
- Previous reception experience in hospitality or a corporate office
- Professional, polished and personable presentation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, client-facing environment
- Facilities experience is a plus, but not required
