Are you a friendly, professional front-of-house expert who enjoys creating great first impressions? My client is currently on the hunt for an experienced Receptionist to join a modern corporate office environment based in Cork City.

This role will suit someone with previous reception experience in either hospitality or an office environment, who is well-presented, approachable and comfortable working in a professional setting.

The Role

As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming visitors and managing front desk operations
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and visitor access
  • Providing general administrative and office support
  • Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Assisting with facilities-related tasks (experience here is a distinct advantage but not essential)
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Hours vary with rotating shifts eg.
7:00am
  • 4:00pm, 8:00am
  • 5:00pm, 10:00am
  • 7:00pm
About You
  • Previous reception experience in hospitality or a corporate office
  • Professional, polished and personable presentation
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working in a busy, client-facing environment
  • Facilities experience is a plus, but not required
