• Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring all statutory deadlines for audit and non-audit assignments are met.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and tax computations (Corporation Tax, VAT, RCT).
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior staff and trainees, fostering their professional development.
• Assist partners with high-level advisory projects, including financial due diligence, valuations, and corporate restructuring.
• Manage staff allocations and department productivity to ensure efficient engagement delivery.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA) with at least 3-5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience in a Irish accountancy practice essential.
• Strong technical and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, client-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
