Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:15pm

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join a busy team in Dublin on a long-term temporary basis. This role will support both Accounts and Technical departments, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of documentation in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and assign weekly contractor timesheets
  • Create, monitor, and receipt purchase orders
  • Process contractor invoices and liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment
  • Maintain and update training registers
  • Generate, review and format reports and documents
  • Manage document control systems and filing
  • Provide administrative support to Mechanical and Electrical Senior Technical Executives and Technical Executives
  • Carry out general administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administrative role or a similar Accounts/Finance
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, document-heavy environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent English with a high standard of report writing
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
