Our client, a leading organisation within the hospitality industry, is seeking a Senior Business Support Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
This permanent full position located in Dublin 15 will offer the right person a hybrid option once full training has been provided and a successful probation period has been passed.This location is not serviced by public transport.
Salary & Benefits:
€38,000Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and business support to the Senior Management Team.Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and staff rostering and annual leave requests.
Prepare, format, and proofread reports, correspondence, and presentations.
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases to ensure easy access to key information.
Assist in organising internal and external meetings, including logistics and documentation.
Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Support with ad hoc projects and administrative initiatives as required.
Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record and longevity in senior-level administrative or business support roles.Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Confident and professional when dealing with senior executives and stakeholders.
Discretion, integrity, and reliability are essential.
