Client Services Manager

We're partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to support their search for an experienced Client Services Manager to join their Transfer Agency function in Limerick. This is a high-profile role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with strong attention to detail.

This is an initial 9-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension or permanency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day delivery of all Transfer Agency (TA) services to key clients.
• Liaise closely with internal operational teams to ensure service standards are met.
• Maintain client SLAs and proactively address service issues or queries.
• Oversee preparation of monthly client reports and incident logs.
• Participate in service reviews, client visits, and due diligence sessions.
• Provide subject matter expertise for new product rollouts and support client onboarding.
• Deliver detailed client reporting and lead discussions on service enhancements.
• Support regulatory and internal change initiatives as required.
• Lead and manage client-related projects where needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a client-facing role within financial services, ideally within a Transfer Agency environment.
• Strong understanding of fund servicing processes and client relationship dynamics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of managing competing priorities.
• Ability to review and resolve complex issues independently.
• People management or project leadership experience is a plus but not essential.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite in Limerick).
