Assistant Manager - Full time ¦ Drogheda

Supermac’s is a company with a progressive vision and is currently inviting candidates to apply for the position of Assistant Store Manager for our Drogheda Store in Co. Louth.

• Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day
• Supervise team members' daily activities and ensure that necessary tasks are completed to meet our high standards.
• Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team.
• Being hands-on and leading from the front, committed to developing your team
• Training the team on all aspects of Supermac’s operations
• Coordinate in-store sales and promotions
• To assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations

Your Profile:

• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Fast Food industry is required.
• Demonstrate excellent people management skills
• Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills
• Be passionate about Customer Service
• Be able to conduct yourself professionally at all times. especially when in the public eye.
• You must be 100% customer-focused, innovative, motivating, and energetic for this hands-on role
• Knowledge of Food safety is required (HACCP)
• You must be flexible to work a mixture of days, evenings, and weekends
