Health & Safety Manager
Location: Dublin, D08Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: €65,000 – €70,000 + Benefits
Requirements: NEBOSH or IOSH qualification
Are you passionate about creating safe, compliant, and positive working environments? We are looking for a forward-thinking Health & Safety Manager to lead safety strategy and operational risk management. This is a key leadership role, responsible for promoting a safe and positive environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety, Food Safety, Risk, and Environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programmes across the accountProvide strategic guidance and day-to-day support to operational teams
Ensure compliance with local legislation and Sodexo standards
Champion a proactive, safety-first culture through engagement and communication
Develop business continuity and risk management strategies
Conduct thorough incident investigations and root cause analysis
Produce accurate reports and safety documentation aligned with business goals
About You
Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & SafetyIOSH or NEBOSH membership
Experience in Hard FM or M&E environments
Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and Food Safety (HACCP) standards
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Proven ability to lead safety initiatives in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
