This is a fantastic opportunity for a Part-Qualified Accountant or Accounting Technician to step into a dynamic, multinational environment. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be deeply embedded in the core finance function, taking ownership of key deliverables:
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation, analysis, and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and perform robust account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
- Commercial Insights: Collaborate on the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing key support in monitoring and analyzing budget variances.
- Process Compliance: Ensure all regular financial processes strictly align with internal accounting policies and procedures.
- Team Support: Work closely with the Finance Manager and wider finance team (including the CFO) on ad-hoc projects and general financial duties as the business scales.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a proactive self-starter who takes personal pride in the accuracy and quality of their work.- Qualification: Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or a qualified Accounting Technician.
- Experience: Proven experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar corporate finance role. Experience working within a multinational environment is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Advanced Excel skills are essential for processing and interpreting complex business data.
- Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and listening skills are a must.
