We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Head Chef to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in our Catering and Hospitality operations
As a Head Chef you will:Lead the delivery and production of exceptional, high-quality food, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Sodexo’s service standards.
Drive menu innovation using seasonal, Irish-only ingredients and support sustainability accreditations such as Origin Green and Quality Assured.
Manage and develop the kitchen team, ensuring consistent food quality, team training, and labour efficiency across all service areas.
Collaborate with Bord Bia and approved suppliers to source products that meet sustainability and origin guidelines.
Monitor and control all kitchen costs, stock levels, and compliance with financial, safety, and hygiene standards.
Develop the hospitality offering through recipe management systems and deliver superior dining experiences at formal and high-profile events
What we are looking for: Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate and strong knowledge of food safety legislation including HACCP and COSHH.
706/2 or NVQ2 chef qualification, or equivalent professional culinary certification.Proven experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality, with a track record of leading teams and innovating menu offerings.
Ability to work under pressure, manage fluctuating workloads, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and presentation.
Self-motivated and passionate about food innovation, sustainability, and developing talent within the team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
Extensive interest and knowledge of ingredients and Irish suppliers
