We are seeking a detail oriented Data Administrator to join our client's team on a part time basis. • Implement and maintain data management procedures and standards
• Manage access permissions and ensure data security protocols are followed
• Clean, validate, and maintain data accuracy and reliability
• Generate reports and dashboards to support business operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data related issues
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations

• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleansing)
• Experience using SAP for data entry, reporting, and process management
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Knowledge of data privacy and protection standards
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
