Part time Receptionist

Part-Time Administrator - Immediate Start

Duration: 3-week contract (with potential to extend)

Are you a Gaeilgeoir or do you have a cúpla focail in Irish? We'd love to hear from you! We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Administrator to support a busy reception desk in Cork city. This position is for an immediate start, initially for 3 weeks, with the potential to be extended.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing the reception desk and acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
• Meeting and greeting parents and members of the public in a professional and friendly manner
• Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls as appropriate
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, post, documents)
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Assisting with data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Coordinating appointments and managing diaries as required
• Supporting senior staff with general administrative and clerical tasks
• Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times

This is a great short-term opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner, ideally suited to someone looking for part-time, morning-only work.
