FTC-Sales Assistant- 6 months

Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand—helping customers, showcasing products, and supporting smooth store operations. We’re looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals with great communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, helpful service that reflects our brand values and keeps customers coming back.
• Sales: Help meet sales targets by sharing product knowledge and promoting our brand.
• Store Operations: Support daily tasks like stock control, inventory checks, cash handling, and reporting.
• Store Appearance: Keep the shop tidy, organized, and well-stocked to create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Teamwork: Work well with others, contribute to a positive atmosphere, and support team goals.
• Deliveries & Stock: Unpack deliveries, keep stockroom organized, restock shelves, and help with stock counts.
• Till Operation: Handle customer transactions, use the till system, and balance cash at the end of your shift.
• Visual Merchandising: Help with product displays and promotions to attract customer attention.
• Customer Interaction: Assist with refunds or complaints, recommend products, and inform customers about offers.
• Customer Relationships: Build genuine connections to enhance the shopping experience and encourage loyalty.
