As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. You will be the face of the brand, providing attentive service, maintaining high store standards, and ensuring every customer feels welcome and valued.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deliver excellent product knowledge and brand storytelling to enhance the customer journey.
• Proactively drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and meeting individual and store targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies.

• Support daily store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with stock management, deliveries, replenishment, and inventory counts.

• Work closely with store management and colleagues to achieve team goals.
• Follow direction from the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s values at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and sales-driven.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
