An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a leading FMCG organisation operating across Ireland.
This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods from suppliers through to customers while driving operational excellence, service levels, and cost optimisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all aspects of supply chain operations
- Oversee transport vendor performance, tendering, and KPI management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain processes
- Optimise inventory levels, forecasting, and stock management
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Manage freight costs, load utilisation, and service performance
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team
- Support strategic supply chain projects and revenue-generating initiatives
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior Supply Chain leadership role
- FMCG foodservice industry experience is essential
- Strong background in logistics, transport, and inventory management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and systems experience required
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or related discipline
