Overview
A well-established international financial services provider is seeking a Regulatory & Financial Reporting Associate to join its Dublin-based management company platform business.
This role is ideally suited to someone looking to build broad experience in regulatory and financial reporting within a Management Company (Manco) environment. The successful candidate will support the delivery of regulatory returns and financial reporting processes, while contributing to the organisation's governance and control framework.
You will gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of regulatory submissions, financial reporting obligations, and compliance requirements, while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory returns in line with Central Bank of Ireland requirements
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, auditors and regulatory authorities as required
- Oversee the end-to-end fund expense process, including budgets, TER calculations and expense payments
- Assist with bi-monthly VAT returns
- Prepare Minimum Capital Requirement calculations
- Oversee fund revenue in line with agreed fee proposals
- Support annual ISAE 3402 audit requirements
- Manage updates to regulatory reporting processes as required by the Central Bank of Ireland and other European regulators
- Ensure internal controls and checklists are adhered to during accounts and returns production
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the control environment
- Support ad hoc financial and regulatory reporting projects
- 1-3 years' experience in a related role with exposure to:
- Fund Administration
- Fund Accounting
- Management Company
- Regulatory Reporting
- Financial Reporting
- Relevant financial or regulatory qualification
- Knowledge of UCITS regulations (advantageous)
- Understanding of industry best practice and regulatory standards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
