Associate - Regulatory & Financial Reporting

This role offers hands-on experience in regulatory and financial reporting, supporting capital adequacy monitoring, regulatory submissions, and governance processes. You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders, gaining exposure to fund reporting and the broader regulatory landscape in a dynamic environment.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory returns in line with Central Bank requirements
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting
• Assist with capital requirement calculations and financial oversight
• Oversee fund expenses, including budgets, TER calculations, and payments
• Support VAT returns and regulatory filings
• Assist with internal and external audits (including ISAE 3402)
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulators
• Maintain strong internal controls and identify process improvements
• Support ad hoc financial and regulatory projects

• 1-3 years' experience in Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, Management Company, Regulatory or Financial Reporting
• Relevant financial or regulatory qualification
• Knowledge of UCITS regulations advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proactive, reliable team player with a strong work ethic
