Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our talented and fast-paced scrum teams.
As a key member of our engineering leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product development forward, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple scrum teams, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork.
- Drive the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of how to leverage OKR-based measures to drive change and achieve strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering activities with company vision and product roadmap.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career progression.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and resilient software solutions in a timely manner.
- Promote and implement best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps principles.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for the adoption of new tools and techniques where appropriate.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the software industry, with a proven track record of technical leadership and team management.
- Strong experience with agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of how to drive organizational change using OKR-based measures.
- Proficiency in .NET, Azure, and microservices architecture is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and experience in a SAFe environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
- A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
