Role Overview
As a Customer Growth Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle across the Southern Europe region — from qualification and demos to driving the buying process and closing deals. You’ll be responsible for growing the company’s client base, managing a high-velocity pipeline, and building strong, long-term relationships with founders, business owners, and marketing leaders in the e-commerce and retail space.
Key Responsibilities- Build and expand the client base across Southern Europe.
- Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and develop long-term growth strategies.
- Support peers and collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals.
- Leverage AI tools to work efficiently and focus on high-impact activities.
- Mentor and guide new Account Executives while contributing to broader projects.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a net-new revenue sales role within MarTech or SaaS,
- Proven success selling to founders, business owners, and marketing leaders in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands.
- Experience in a high-velocity, multi-stakeholder sales environment.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Fully authorized to work in Ireland without restrictions.
- Competitive base salary: €65,000 EUR (OTE and additional incentives may apply).
