Supply Chain Master Data Analyst

Profile of the Role:
- Responsible for maintaining the Company’s Irish Toll Manufacturing Company (Toll) SAP master data and providing supply chain and master data support to Toll operations
- Comply with external regulations, the Company’s policies, operating procedures and processes
- Provide expertise in global supply chain requirements
- Support ad hoc project activities and or tasks involving IHL/Toll for material master data and or supply chain
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain Toll SAP master data for materials, BOMs, source lists, P-info records
- Interact with global and local data stewards and implementation of relevant data changes
- Create purchase orders for API/Drug substance or procured product materials and subcontract drug product manufacturing
- Monitor material movements within Toll SAP plants
- Monitor procurement of API/Drug substance from bulk manufacturing sites to ensure Sales affiliate demands are satisfied
- Perform regular inventory reconciliation and adjustments
- Management of IDOCs
- Assist with product returns processes
- Troubleshooting activities as required
- Process and or work instruction generation / updates and training as necessary
- Follow all quality compliance policies
- Participate in all audits as required
Qualifications:
- Procurement/Supply Chain/Logistics qualifications such as IIPMM, IPICS, APICS
- A third level degree qualification (Level 8)
- 2 to 3 years Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Compliance or Operational experience
- Excellent IT skills, particularly SAP or similar application and MS Office applications,
- especially MS Excel
- Background in GMP/GDP compliance environment
- Experience in a multi-national environment
- Planning and project management skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills
- Ability to manage conflicting demands.
Please note that as this is a Contract role you need to be eligible to work in Ireland, hold a Stamp 1G or Stamp 4 Visa
