Front Desk Receptionist – Be the Warm Welcome That Sets the Tone

We’re seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face and calming voice of our clinic. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients—offering reassurance, clarity, and a smooth journey from arrival to aftercare.
What You’ll Be Doing- Greeting patients in person and by phone with warmth and professionalism
- Managing the daily schedule for our medical and nursing teams
- Handling patient queries with care and clarity
- Coordinating appointments and confirming upcoming visits
- Processing payments, submitting claims, and handling billing (including HSE tasks)
- Maintaining well-organised (and mostly paper-free!) records
- Liaising with clinical teams, laboratories and other third parties to ensure all patient results are available at time of consult
- Supporting a positive patient experience from start to finish
- A friendly, calm, and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Great multitasking ability under pressure
- Organisational finesse and attention to detail
- Previous experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided
- A passion for making patients feel supported and respected
