Cpl HR Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, hands‑on HR professional who enjoys operating across the full employee lifecycle and acting as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees alike.

As a HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality, practical HR support across employee relations, HR operations, payroll, engagement, and compliance. This role suits someone who thrives in a busy environment, brings strong employment law knowledge, and enjoys balancing operational delivery with continuous improvement.

You will work closely with managers and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and the wider HR team to ensure a consistent, people‑centred employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with designated business areas to provide pragmatic HR advice and build strong working relationships with managers.
  • Lead payroll administration, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery.
  • Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices align with Irish employment legislation and best practice.
  • Manage onboarding and off‑boarding activities, including exit interviews and analysis.
  • Maintain HR systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Produce regular HR metrics and reports to support analysis and decision‑making.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, policy development, audits, and change projects.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to deliver a high‑quality people experience.
Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role with strong employee relations and operational exposure.
  • Proven payroll administration experience with a high level of accuracy and discretion.
  • Third‑level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Solid knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office 365.
