Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with proactive and highly organised HR professionals to join a Global Human Resources team. This role is based in North Dublin and supports our two Irish sites. A full driving licence and access to your own car are required, as the role involves weekly travel between sites.

As a key HR generalist, you will provide day‑to‑day operational HR support, with a strong emphasis on recruitment activities, deliver an excellent employee experience, and help maintain compliance with Irish employment legislation. You will also provide remote HR support to our teams.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate recruitment with agencies and hiring managers.
  • Prepare offers, conduct pre‑employment checks, and run onboarding/inductions.
HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records.
  • Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
  • Track probation, contract renewals, and key HR milestones.
  • Produce core HR reports (headcount, absence, turnover).
Employee Relations & HR Support
  • Act as first point of contact for HR queries.
  • Support managers with HR processes and policy interpretation.
  • Assist with performance and disciplinary procedures as needed.
Payroll & Benefits
  • Provide payroll inputs (allowances, changes, one‑offs).
  • Benefits admin (pension, healthcare).
Employment Law & Compliance
  • Ensure HR processes comply with Irish employment legislation.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook.
HR Projects
  • Support EMEA-wide HR initiatives and global HR system rollouts.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes.

Skills and experience required:

  • 3+ years’ HR experience in Ireland.
  • Recruitment experience is essential.
  • Strong organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Full driving licence and a personal car required.
